This basket was started on a 5” piece of hand made and painted pottery center featuring a moose. This basket is approximately 8 5/8”x 7 x 1 3/4”. The stitches are wheat, wrap, and spiral. Brown long leaf pine needles were used along with dyed darker needles for contrast. There is also a hanger on the back.
