This basket is approximately 7 x 7 7/8 x 9 1/8× 2 1/2 ” and was started on a handmade and painted pottery center featuring a cardinal. The stitches used were wheat, wrap, and a decorative stitch was used on the handles. Brown long leaf needles were used along with some dyed needles for contrast. There is a hanger on the back.
