This basket is approximately 7 1/2”x 9 ” handle to handle and approximately 2 1/4” tall. It was started on a hand made and painted pottery center featuring a humming bird. The stitches used were wheat, wrap, spiral, and a decorative stitch was used on the handles. Green long leaf pine needles were used along with some dyed darker needles for contrast. There is a hanger on the back.
