This basket is approximately 9× 10 1/2” in diameter, and 2 1/4” tall. Handle to handle is about 10 1/4”. It was started on a handmade white pottery center featuring a black bear. The stitches used were wheat, wrap, and a decorative stitch was used on the handles. Brown long leaf pine needles were used along with some dyed brown needles for contrast. There is a hanger on the back.
