This trivet was started on a 2” piece of hand made and painted pottery center and features a lady bug. It is approximately 6 1/2” in diameter. Both brown and green long leaf pine needles were used along with some dyed darker needles for contrast. The stitches are wheat, wrap, and spiral. These make excellent hot pads!
