This trivet was started on a 2” piece of handmade and painted pottery center, and features a lady bug. Green long leaf pine needles were used along with some dyed dark green needles and raffia for contrast. The stitches are wheat and wrap. This is approximately 6 1/2” in diameter. These make really nice hot pads, house warming, or wedding gifts!
