This plate was started on a 3” piece of hand made and painted pottery center and features an old plastic doily. Both green and brown long leaf pine needles were used along with some dyed darker needles for contrast. This is approximately 9 3/8 × 1/2”. The stitches are wheat, fern, and wrap.
